Body Mask

Our face is not the only part of the body that gets affected by environmental and genetic factors. It is just as important to take care of the rest of our body as we do with our face. Hungarian Mud can also be used as a body mask as a remedy in order to treat and heal parts of the body suffering from muscular or skeletal disorders, dull skin, inflammation and pain.

Making Your Body Mask

Instructions for making your mud:

  • The amount of mud required can vary depending on the area you want to cover.

  • As with the face mask method, use 3-4 tsp of mud with 6-8 tsp of warm water in a small shallow container.

  • Add more mud or water as required to form a thick paste.

Applying your mud:

  • Ensure your skin has been washed with a mild soap and rinsed well with water.

  • Wet the skin with lukewarm water.

  • Apply the Hungarian Mud paste in a thin layer over the required area.

  • Leave on the skin for a maximum of 15 minutes

  • Wash off with warm water.

For maximum and long lasting benefits it is recommended to use the body mask on a weekly basis. This will help reduce harmful toxins and maintain nourished and healthy skin.
